We use Mastercam to generate the toolpaths for every part. We start from your 3D model or your drawing and define the strategy, the tools and the cutting parameters so that the program reaches the machine ready for production.

Post-processing tailored to each customer

Every company works differently, and the NC code has to reflect that. That is why we have three ways of working:

• If you have Mastercam: we can use your own company’s machine files to post-process the program to your liking, with the format and the cycles you already use on the shop floor.
• If you do not have Mastercam: we post-process and adapt the generated NC code to your needs and to your machine.
• If you need your own post-processor: we can develop it too. Just ask.

What you receive

An NC program adapted to your control and to the way you work, together with the toolpaths generated from your part. If you need it, you can also ask us to adapt the code for other machines or to modify programs you already have.
